As the face of Sharpsmart, our HGV drivers are quite literally our key workforce as they see our colleagues and customers every day. Driving is important to take our products from a to b but it’s equally important to be pleasant and friendly. That’s why we’re hiring an additional RCV Driver to join the team.
With regular routes from the Rainham plant, digital planning systems and your own RCV Vehicle, the working days are busy but fulfilling knowing the work you’re doing is essential to our customers across the healthcare industry.
Your role as a Class 2 Driver involves:
Collecting clinical waste from customer sites
Safely unloading and loading the vehicle
Interacting with customers on arrival to sites
Making sure your vehicle is clean and safe to drive
Work alongside Drivers Mate to support with compliance
What are we looking for?
Full UK Driving & Class 2 (Cat C) License
CPC
Experience of driving within a similar environment
A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus

Competitive salary – This position is offering £16.50 per hour, £2000.00 annual shift allowance + 5% annual KPI Bonus.
