Join Our Busy and Evolving 2-Person RH Home Delivery Team
Location: Harlow Distribution Centre, Icon Park, Third Avenue
Salary: £35,500
Shift Pattern: 4/5 days out of 7 days per week (Monday – Saturday) 

Hours: 48h weekly 

We’re currently seeking Van Drivers (Delivery Technicians) to become part of our dynamic RH Home Delivery Team, working for a leading logistics company. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be delivering high-quality products from our warehouse directly to customers’ homes, ensuring excellent service every time.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering products from the HDC to customer residences in a 2-person crew
  • Ensuring goods are handled and delivered safely and professionally
  • Providing exceptional customer service during every delivery
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
  • Accurately following scheduled routes and maintaining delivery timelines
  • Supporting your team partner with lifting, carrying, and installing heavy items
  • Taking part in big project installations across a variety of residential and commercial sites
  • Actively participating in site surveys and gallery deliveries, ensuring precision and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Full UK Category B (car/van) driving licence
  • A clean driving record (no more than 6 penalty points)
  • A DBS check (arranged and paid for by the company)
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
  • Excellent timekeeping and route adherence
  • Strict adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Professional demeanour with a customer-first approach

Experience & Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including out-of-hours work or special project requirements
