Pay & Overtime
Base Pay (per hour):
- 0–24 months: £16.26
- Weekday overtime: £17.88
- Weekend overtime: £19.51
- 24+ months: £16.96
- Weekday overtime: £18.66
- Weekend overtime: £20.35
- 49+ months: £17.45
- Weekend overtime: £19.08
- Weekend overtime: £20.82
Additional Notes:
- If you’ve held a PCV licence and worked in the role for 12+ months within the last 4 years, you'll start on the 12–24 month rate.
- Pay is based on a sign-on to sign-off structure.
Overtime is paid for:
- Hours worked after 9:00 PM
- Weekends
- Any hours worked beyond your contracted hours

Working Patterns
- 5 days on / 2 days off per week on a rotating shift pattern.
- Shifts planned 6–8 weeks in advance
- Typical start times:
- Mornings from 04:00
- Afternoons from 12:00
- Evenings from 18:00
- Overtime opportunities available depending on business needs
- Note: Fixed shift patterns (e.g., only mornings or only evenings) are not available
What You’ll Need
- Valid PCV licence
- Aged 18 or over
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Great customer service and people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
