Counterbalance Forklift & Van Driver

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30
Friday: 07:30 – 15:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support a busy wheeled bin rollout project in Colchester. This is a hands-on role involving both forklift operation and driving duties. You will be responsible for transporting wheeled bin stock between storage locations and the distribution hub, as well as delivering and collecting bins across the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading and moving wheeled bin stock
Transporting stock between storage sites and the distribution hub at Shrub End
Delivering and collecting bins across Colchester using a 3.5T vehicle
Supporting the wider rollout operation as required

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to undertake a driving assessment
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
